IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Customer focused 1st level support for all entry channels (email, phone, visit, portal, paper mail) for all services and requests
-Providing advice in regards to HR, local laws and internal regulations to all stakeholders
-Self-responsibly driving of projects
-Liaison and coordination within the HR Service Centre and other HR Service providers, mostly within Switzerland, but also on other global sites
-Execute administrative HR PA processes end-to-end for defined processes
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial education (KV) or equivalent education is a minimum; education as “Personalfachfrau/-mann” or a university degree (Bachelor, Master)
-Experience in Human Resources
-Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills as well as team oriented
-And pro-active mindset, seeking for opportunities for continuous improvement
-Flexibility and multitasking, work under pressure and to be confident in handling various situations
-Affinity for IT-applications, previous experience with SAP HR is an asset
-Fluency in English and German (verbal and written) / Swiss German (min. good understanding) are essential
