*Project methodology qualification desirable but demonstrable knowledge of application of project methodologies essential

*Experience of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies advantageous
*Demonstrable problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
*Experience of senior management team engagement

Role:
*Operating as the HRSSC Project lead for HR/Business Change programmes
*Work alongside the HR Team to understand the Change programme and the deliverables required from the UK HRSSC or Global BSC teams.
*Manage cross-programme dependencies to ensure all dependent activity is delivered so as not to impact progress
*Identify and manage project risks and issues - clearly highlighting any risks to the project sponsor.
*Project manage a virtual team of experts to ensure that all activities are completed to time, quality and cost and in line with project deliverables
*Create detailed workplans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete projects
*Determine the resources (time, money, suppliers etc) required to complete the project
*Determine the measures upon which the HRSSC activities will be evaluated at its completion
*Produce timely status reports which highlight progress, identify risks and issues and provide recommendations for any mitigation solutions.
*Carry out lessons learnt on project completion
