IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Provides full support to the Senior HR Manager
-Responsible for handling the day to day human resources activities and office administration
-Performs all administrative duties
-Responsible for the payroll; Prepares wage and salary payrolls and maintains regularly records of time worked, including lunch checks
-Compiles periodic and special reports on payroll matters, including yearly closing
-Prepares regularly scheduled reports for governmental and other external agencies. In addition calculates earnings from time sheets, production records, including overtime and shift payments
-Calculates vacation and sick pay. Deals with routine queries from employees in the first instance
-Support in the project management JD Edwards – payroll interface
-Time Management; responsible for the records of time worked, ensure an efficient and accurate time management system, procedures and data
-Responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly reporting, developing and implementing clear reports and accurate data in time
-Selection and recruitment of the temporary staff
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-HR Degree, “Personalfachfrau/-mann”, ideally on top social insurance degree
-Commercial degree
-Proven track record in payroll & time management
-Experience in recruitment and selection, ideally with social media and new media
-HR Administration Specialist, ideally on top experience in social insurances
-Knowledge of Swiss HR Management and Swiss Labour Law, desired as well international
-HR knowledge and employee life cycle knowledge
-Ideally Experience in an international environment, matrix organisation
-HR operational expertise
-Experience in dealing with employee queries
-Project Management skills desired
-Experience with industrial environments, production, shift
-Proven track record in payroll and time management
-Ability to operate within a global, fast moving high volume manufacturing/ technology business
-Experience in a metrics focused environment including weekly and monthly quarterly reporting and analysis
-Fluency in German and English, French a plus
