HR Specialist - Employee Benefits

Global Asset Management organisation are seeking and experienced HR Specialist/Administrator

To work with the Head of Human Resources to improve and harmonise the current pension scheme and benefits for the UK employees.

This is a satellite operation and you would be working under the guidance of the Head of Human Resources. You will provide HR Specialist Analysis and HR Administration skills on the implementation project to introduce a revised new pension scheme and improve/revise the existing benefits package including Private Health and Life insurance. Once this has been agreed the next goal would be to work towards producing a UK Employee handbook.

You will have previous experience of employee benefits analysis and comparison reporting including cost. You will have had experience of calculating the % value of overall benefits packages and be aware of current UK legislation that may surround any changes to existing schemes and packages. Ideally be CIPD.

In addition you will have had previous experience of producing an employee handbook with relation to staff benefits. It would be ideal if you have worked in HR in the financial sector and Asset/Investment Management sector would be a plus. Also any experience of working in a multicultural company as would any level of spoken French - these are all "nice to have" and not mandatory.
