HR Specialist - CSOD

For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:

HR SPECIALIST - CORNERSTONE ONDEMAND

TO ADDRESS OUR CLIENT'S RESOURCE GAP WITHIN D&B TEAM IN THE AREA OF ILEARN AS WELL AS PROVIDE FUNCTIONAL WORK TO DELIVER ALL THE PLANNED D&B PROJECTS.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

FOR THE ILEARN OUR CLIENT'S GLOBAL LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON CORNERSTONE ONDEMAND - CSOD

- Gathering and documentation of requirements
- Prototyping new solutions
- Evaluating new releases - test in Stage after new release
- Building functional specifications, test scripts, test plan, training document
- Participate in functional Capacity in various Design and Build project
- 3rd Level support and KT to 2nd Level support organisation

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- Good knowledge of all features of CSOD Learning cloud including the Latest ones
- Experience in configuring, role management approach on a iLearn platform.
- Knowledge of Global LMS Blueprint
- Capability to understand impacts of new CSOD releases on iLearn and update/execute test scripts
- Capability to review and validate specifications for data feeds (integration scenarios with CSOD) and to test the resulting data feeds as well as to prepare training material for new/updated features of iLearn
- Good integration skills (between iLearn and applications like SAP HR and DCS)
- Ability to translate requirements into configuration specs, roles spreadsheets
- Fluent in English

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR 6 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN VEVEY.

INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
