HR Specialist required for large investment bank in London

My client is looking for someone with the below:

*Experienced Employee Relations specialist with 5 years plus experience obtained within a demanding financial services environment.
*Demonstrated understanding of the UK employment law and regulatory frameworks (exposure to, and a full appreciation of, the regulatory environment and the regulator's expectations in the context of employee conduct/disciplinary matters is essential).
*Experience of dealing with a wide range of complex first and second stage grievances and disciplinaries as both a Decision Manager in own right as well as supporting a Decision Manager from the business.
*Experience of working within a complex, fast paced and challenging business environment.
*Excellent organisation, communication, analytical and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
*Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with key internal stakeholders including senior business individuals.
*Must have confidence, gravitas and credibility together with a robust and resilient personality.
*Business acumen with ability to influence upwards to achieve desired results.
