HR Solution Lead

Duration: Initial 3 months with possibility of extending

Location: Mobile (London, Birmingham)

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY:

Sopra Steria Recruitment Ltd (a Steria company) provides recruitment and resourcing solutions to Sopra Steria, a leading European IT service provider.

Sopra Steria is looking for HR Solution Lead. The successful candidate will lead SopraSteria's business development across all verticals, building HR specific solutions and shaping bids. Working closely with the Sales team, the HR Solution Lead will work closely and report to the Solution Owner.

As the HR Solution Lead you will be:

- Working in a pre-sales HRO environment with coverage of HR Administration, remuneration, payroll, relocation, advisory, occupational health, disability
- Acting as the primary point of contact on programmes and projects for all HRO issues.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders; both within the business and IT areas.
- Providing advice and guidance to large, complex programmes and projects including those across business domains, with specific focus on the HR side of the solution
- Acting as a subject matter expert to the programmes and projects
- Responsible for solution governance
- Compliance reviews
- Mentoring, managing resources and providing guidance on technical issues.

Your Experience:

- DEMONSTRABLE FORMAL BID EXPERIENCE, WITH TRACK RECORD OF WINNING LARGE BIDS AND DELIVERING THE HR OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS
- Design of Target Operating models - process, locations, technology, org design
- Ability to define a vision for the HRO service and translate into a solution
- Understanding of customer key drivers and translation into HRO solution
- Experience with proposal documentation and excellent presentation skills
- Design of HRO processes and cost estimation
- Experience of Transformation change management and customer dependencies in HRO context.
- Knowledge of HRO market and competitive landscape
- Experience of multiple HR platforms with benefits
- Internal stakeholder management
- Experience of media organisations HR operating models
- Designing Transition of services and experience of transitioning
- HR Analytic solutions
- HR process automation
