HR Site Co-ordinator/HR Admin

My client seek an experienced HR Specialist to join their existing team on a 3 month contract basis with a possibility of being extended further.

Main Responsibilities:
*First point of contact for employees in HR matters for the UK including handling first level employee relations
*Assisting with a large reduction process, including attending employee meetings, preparing necessary documentation, and supporting managers throughout the process
*Liaise with key stakeholders of all levels to facilitate efficient and effective problem resolution
*Respond to general queries from employees on corporate policy and procedure ensuring timely, up to date and accurate responses

Required Technical Skills:
*Minimum 3 years proven experience in HR Specialist role
*Experienced in handling large reduction programmes
*Proficient in all MS Office 2007/10 applications

Years of Experience: 3 years min

Nice to Have Skills:
*Relevant Degree in HR Management or Business Studies or equivalent
*CPP or working towards CIPD qualification of advantage
