HR Shared Services - Team Leader (12 Month Contract)

HR SHARED SERVICES TEAM LEADER

We are looking to attract a HR Shared Services Team Leader for our industry leading healthcare client based in the Uxbridge area of West London. The role is for an initial 12 months and is paying £250 to £275 per day.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Candidates must come from a HR Shared Services background
- Strong knowledge of Service Delivery best practices
- Strong knowledge of HR Service Delivery Metrics
- Process design methodology and design
- Knowledge of law relating to data privacy and records management
- Relevant experience in HR/HR Operations and a BA or BS degree

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the daily management of team members ensuring that the processes they are responsible for are carried out in a timely and accurate way
- Monitor the team workload to ensure the service delivery is optimum
- Coach and mentor team members to help them achieve their goals and produce quality work
- Work with team members on their development: work growth and learning/development opportunities
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 with team members to stay up to date with their daily tasks, projects they are working on, challenges they are facing
- Serve as key point of contact for any escalations on questions and issues
