HR Shared Services Project Manager

Global Oil and Gas Company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide maternity cover until the end of April on a Global HR Shared Services Transformation Project, as part of a wider HR simplification programme. Reporting directly into the HR Shared Service Strategy Director, they are looking for someone who will be able to engage with senior level stakeholders across the business and wider programme to help drive forward initially the design on a new operating model and future sourcing and location strategy.

Key requirements:
- Experience of HR transformation a Matrix reporting environment
- Experience of delivering HR change with an organisation on a global scale
- Understanding of structured project methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience

Although this is initially a short term maternity cover, this role sits within a constantly evolving programme with considerable scope for the need for additional support on an long term basis.
