This is a truly prestigious senior HR role focused upon the HR and Payroll transactional activity throughout the employee journey with one of the U.K's best loved telecoms brands. The HR Shared Services Partner will be inspire initiatives towards creating a continuous improvement culture, setting and agreeing SLA's and KPI's and ensuring these are delivered accurately and effectively. There will be a particular focus upon the Payroll function - therefore experience in transforming a Payroll function will be highly desirable. The successful candidate will inherit a team of 4 and will build a wide network within the business with senior stakeholders.
