In order to meet our growing needs we have a fantastic new opportunity to join our organisation as HR Services Manager on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. Based at our Head Office in Newbury and reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward you will work with key stakeholders in HR and the wider business to deliver high quality transactional HR and Employee Relations services that are efficient, effective and meet business requirements as well as anticipate need and support change.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in HR Management and possess solid knowledge of Employee Relations. You will have a proven track record in delivering employee and manager HR services to an exceptional standard and be able to manage relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside of the organisation. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they can foster a culture of coaching and continuous improvement, and have a strong background in improving processes and ensuring delivery of efficient and effective customer services.
