HR MANAGER - HR SHARED SERVICES - COMPENSATION - PAYROLL - BENEFITS

Our client, a leading bank and financial services company, requires a HR Shared Services Manager to oversee the Compensation, Administration and Payroll team on an initial 3 month contract basis in London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing a team consisting of two Administrators, one Payroll Controller and one Compensation Specialist
- Ensuring all appropriate people management responsibilities are met
- Responsible for monitoring all expenses relating to Compensation, Benefits, Pensions, International Mobility, HR Administration and Payroll and creating the budget and reforecast figures

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience and in depth knowledge of Compensation, Pensions and Benefits, Payroll and International Mobility
- Experience working with Pension and Benefit teams to ensure that pensions and benefits are delivered and fit for purpose
- Working knowledge of pension legislation and familiarity of scheme administration, schedule of contributions, trustee requirements etc
- Advance IT Skills (MS Excel, MS Access) and strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Extensive knowledge of compensation practices and compensation surveys including LcLagan

Please note that this position requires frequent travels to other locations at least once a month.
