HR Shared Service Project Manager - HR Shared Services - HR - Project Management

My client, one of the world's premier integrated oil companies, requires a HR Shared Service Project Manager to join them on an initial 4 month contract basis in Feltham to manage the Global HR Shared Service project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working closely with a central Programme Management Office which will co-ordinate a number of workstreams as part of a wider HR Simplification Programme
- Co-ordinate the engagement and communication with a number of senior HR stakeholders
- Develop and own the management of a high level project plan and critical path together with a detailed plan

EXPERIENCE:

- Extensive experience working in HR, HR Transformation and HR Shared Services
- In-depth knowledge, understanding and application of project methodologies
- Extensive Stakeholder management including engaging with senior HR management
