12 Month interim role for an experienced Human Resources Manager working with one of the UK's most well known utilities providers.
The successful HR Manager will be joining at an exciting time of organisational change and re-branding of employer services, so there couldn't be a better time to come on board.
SOME OF WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Leading multiple teams across HR including: HR Shared Services Administration, Resourcing and Recruitment, Payroll and HR System and Data Governance and Reporting.
- Managing relationships with a number of outsourced partners.
- Driving continuous improvement across HR Shared Services and Resourcing.
- Leading and implementing Recruitment strategy during a time of rapid change and growth.
- Leading the resourcing strategy across the business to compete for the best talent in a variety of recruitment markets, including relevant talent pipeline programme such as Graduates and Apprentices.
- Continued development of a leading employer brand.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- CIPD certified HR Manager with demonstrable experience in managing Recruitment and Resourcing campaigns.
- Experience within a large corporate environment with a broad HR Operations function at a management level.
- An engaging and passionate individual, who can lead and motivate others to deliver best in class service and facilitate change.
