IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Maintain all kinds of requests (calls/tickets) related to HR Admin Services - ticket resolution provided within SLA
-Perform service delivery according to the client's HR policies and standards
-Support HR business partners, line managers and employees in operational daily questions and ticket resolutions
-Support the HR administration service manager in operational HR administration tasks and issues
-Maybe involved in process creation, review, validation and implementation within HR Services Switzerland Operate the CISCO telephone hotline and treat customer requests
-Ensure appropriate QUEST ticketing tool usage
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial degree, further education in the HR services area
-Profound experience in HR administration
-Experience with SAP HCM & ticket tools
-Good English and German skills, both verbal and written
