Projektbeschreibung

* Manages HR Admin service requests (according service catalogue) and fulfills processes and services according to HR P&S and internal work instructions. En-sures customer satisfaction while focusing on fast, qualitative and adequate ser-vice delivery.

* Operates the CISCO telephone hotline and treats customer requests. Ensures with team availability during office hours.

* Ensures appropriate QUEST Ticketing Tool usage.

* Provides support to the overall HR Admin team and contributes in reaching the team goals

* Supports in improving various HR processes. As required, takes over additional tasks as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more areas (eg eFile, eForms, PKI registration, reporting, ePMP support).

* May be responsible point of contact for HR BP in a Legal Entity and provide HRA related trainings.
