Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for an HR Service Desk Associate for a 11 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate maintaining all kind of requests (calls/tickets) related to HR Admin Services - ticket resolution provided within SLA. The HR Admin team covers services such as Entry, ELC, Transfer, Exit, Reporting as well as dispatching and work permit.
You are responsible for
- Performing service delivery according to the clients' HR Policies and Standards (HR P&S) and complying with clients' compliancy rules
- Supporting HR Business Partners, Line Managers and Employees for operational daily questions and ticket resolution
- Supporting the HR Admin Service Manager around operational HR Admin tasks and issues
- being involved in process creation and projects, review, validation and implementation within HR Services
- Managing HR Admin service requests (according service catalogue) and fulfilling processes and services according to HR P ensuring with team availability during office hours
- taking over additional tasks as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more areas (eg eFile, eForms, PKI registration, reporting, ePMP support).
- point of contact for HR BP in a Legal Entity and provide HRA related trainings
Requirements
- 1-3 years in HR or other administrative experience
- Commercial degree, further education in the HR services area (Personalsachbearbeiter/in or adequate education)
- Experience with SAP HCM
- Experienced with Ticket Tool
- Experienced in working for a Service Environment
- Good spoken and written English and German, other language skills is a plus, eg French, Italian
