My client, a top tier bank is looking out for an experienced Service delivery Manager with HR experience to oversee business application availability, data quality and performance for the HR business area that are underpinned by the banks SAP infrastructure. You will also be involved in developing the service transition approach to ensure that new services and projects are introduced into production successfully.
You will need to have the following skills to be considered:
* Excellent application management background with ITIL experience
* Good project management skills
* Exposure to SAP or similar technologies
* Delivery focused individual
* Service delivery management background within banking and finance.
