HR Service Delivery Centre Manager/Shared Services Transition Manager/HR Manager wanted.

Skills needed: CPP or CIPD qualified, HR Manager, Public Sector.

My Bristol based client is looking for a HR Service Delivery Centre Manager/Shared Services Transition Manager/HR Manager for a 6 month contract.

The HR Service Delivery team provide transactional HR services to my client including payroll, resourcing, employee life cycle processing, maintaining organisational structures and MI and reporting. This work will be migrating to DfT Shared Services in January 2014

The HR Service Delivery Centre Manager/Shared Services Transition Manager/HR Manager role:

To manage the service delivery team, ensuring that HR transactional services are delivered to a high quality and in an efficient and effective way.
To manage the team through the transition to Shared services, providing expertise and support to the team and providing a link to the Shared Services migration project.

Skills needed for the HR Service Delivery Centre Manager/Shared Services Transition Manager/HR Manager:

CPP or CIPD qualified
Management of a transactional HR team
Experience of transitioning an HR service to a Shared Services environment is desirable
Working with customers to resolve problem and issues raised with regards to transactional HR service provision
Working to tight deadlines within a customer service environment and making improvements to service provision.
Leading a team which is undergoing change
