IHRE AUFGABEN:
Design and implement all needed projects to achieve transformation Co-creating company vision, mission and strategic targets Establishing needed leadership behaviours and values as well as coaching the local leadership team Determine, design and implement relevant L&D initiatives Continuously find innovative ways to energize and motivate local staff (approximately 80 people) Co-design local policies, processes and procedures Cooperate closely with local labour lawyers where and if needed Support local internal communication initiatives (led by planned external resource)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Psychology and/or Business
-Proven track record in driving transformational projects leading to improved and demonstrated business results
-Demonstrated successes while working in multidisciplinary projects and in a matrix European or global structure
-Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization and cross functionally
-Ability to defuse tense situations
-Ability to put things in perspective and act with “lightness” and humour
-Fluency in English and German (oral and written)
