We require an HR Rewards & Numeration Senior Consultant to come on board ASAP for approximately 6 months My client is going through a pay & review exercise with their current employees and therefore require a Consultant to take on this project and move it forward. Key Points Full analysis of the current package Pulling together all options ready to present on costs and implementation plans in 5 months Investigating, researching and pulling together information Working on modern reward strategy Working on performance pay Look at the resources they need to complete this project Project to be completed within 5 months ie: September Contacts HE Resourcing Team - HRBP's (Human Resources Business Partners) - HOS (Heads of Service) Desirable Local Government Background ideally but not essential

THE PERSON
A senior reward, recognition and benefits specialist, with demonstrable experience of delivering comprehensive reward strategies within a client focused, change and delivery orientated environment. A proven ability to articulate Reward principles and how these can be translated into defined delivery in a unionised environment (ideally Local Government) Experience and knowledge public sector pay, grading and reward principles and processes would be an advantage. Experience of HR projects/programmes involving the application of appropriate project/programme management disciplines. Experience in leading benchmarking, market analysis and analysing data, identify issues and trends and interpret results for recommendation coupled with the knowledge of legislative requirements. Capable of setting, managing and presenting complex budgetary processes. Strong project management skills which demonstrate the ability to see the bigger picture without losing sight of the detail. A natural consultancy style which constructively challenges the business and builds relationships at all levels of the organisation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understood format. Ability to plan and organise well, multi-task and deliver on promises. Ability to see problems as opportunities and to manage well under pressure.
