HR Reward Systems Analyst - Middlesex - 6 months - £345

Gibbs S3 are currently recruiting for a HR Reward Systems Analyst to be based in Middlesex on an initial 6 month contract. This role is paying £345 per day.

Key skills:

Experience of dealing with multiple countries and cultures (highly desirable)
Experience of Reward systems (highly desirable)
Experience and good knowledge of salary, bonus and equity calculations (highly desirable)
Experience and good knowledge of SAP (highly desirable)
Experience of designing interfaces between systems (very useful)
Experience and good knowledge of passing data between Reward systems and other external HR systems including SAP (very useful)
Experience of HR systems (very useful)
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise information quickly (very useful)
Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all stages of the life cycle eg requirements gathering, testing, support (very useful)
Knowledge of Reward within a large, complex, multi-national organisation (very useful)
