HR Reward Analyst

My financial services client is looking for 2 HR Reward Analysts to support the Senior Performance and Reward Manager. This person will ideally be more familiar with supporting the business strategy, policies and processes rather than a number cruncher or MI Analyst.

* The Performance and Reward team is responsible for driving the strategic performance and reward support agenda across key Businesses and Functions. The team supports the Retail Banking ability to interact across all levels of the organisation

The business would also accept an analytical person with HR or Performance & Reward exposure but is looking for an opportunity to roll their sleeves up and take advantage of this great opportunity.
