HR Reward Advisor - 12 month contract - £250 - £310 per day

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Advisor with experience in Reward advice to join the team on an initial 12 month contract.

Experience required:

- Reward expertise and the ability to understand the business and align Reward solutions in support of the business strategy
- Requires ability to design cost effective reward solutions to attract, retain and motivate employees
- Qualified in, or working towards CIPD certification or equivalent is preferred
- Knowledge of reward management processes and practices with experience of applying those processes in different business situations
- Previous experience in an HR generalist or analyst role
- Ability to analyse problems and make decisions
- High level of numeracy and experience with Excel
