Excellent opportunity for a HR Resourcing Co-ordinator to work with a council in London providing a dedicated resource to oversee the temporary labour requirements ensuring the Council is able to manage its temporary workforce needs. To manage key contracts to ensure appropriate performance management, maximising value for money, over the life of the contract.
You will manage day-to-day transactional issues and to be the HR lead in respect of future tendering of temporary labour contracts and any extensions, plus other recruitment-related contracts.

Key Service Delivery requirements Include:

*To manage a range of existing contracts effectively to ensure service delivery and drive contract performance.
*To manage day-to-day transactional activities supporting the business and initiating creative solutions
*Lead on contract performance over the life of the contracts, including: establishing, monitoring and reporting on service levels against performance indicators and developing a programme of continuous improvement
*To use external benchmarking to evaluate the effectiveness of those contracts and to recommend and implement changes that drive maximum value for the Council.
*To understand the temporary resourcing requirements of the business and to build sound knowledge of their service needs and how these can be best met through the contract arrangements
*To work with contractors to ensure business users requirements and training needs are met.
*To lead and manage ad hoc recruitment projects as required by the business.
