o Provide accurate and efficient recruitment administration support, including placing adverts, preparing shortlisting packs, arranging interview panels, issuing of contracts, pre-employment checks and new starter on-boarding arrangements whilst ensuring compliance with recruitment processes, best practice, legislation and council policy, and in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs
o Facilitate and manage all stages of the recruitment life cycle in an accurate and timely manner, delivering a first class service to candidates and managers alike.
o Maintenance of the I Grasp system
o Maintenance of equality and diversity data on vacancies and provision of statutory E&D data and other recruitment management information and analysis as required
o Identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and implement relevant actions
o Liaison with external recruitment advertising partners and external psychometric test publishers.
o Work closely with the other HR & OD colleagues, eg Learningwe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
