HR Representative (Portugese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

PORTUGUESE) HR REPRESENTATIVE.* (Contract, Approx 3 months) The Human Resources Central team, part of the HR Shared Services organization, is designed to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Central Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions. HR Central provides an opportunity to optimize HR Support, while increasing the productivity and strategic value of our field HR team around the globe. The HR Representative interacts with managers, prospective candidates and employees via e-mail, web requests, live chat and phone. Key Areas of Responsibility. Works directly with managers, candidates and other HR staff. Accepts and routes requests for assistance over the telephone, via online chat and e-mail, and through web forms. Gathers information and records data in HR tools Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary.

Responds to client inquiries relative to the Staffing function including:
o Completion of Recruiting forms and documentation
o Prepares error-free written communication including e-mails and letters
o Follow up with candidates relative documentation o Escalation of appropriate actions to other parties
o Follow up to ensure completion of task within specified performance parameters Generates daily and weekly incident reporting, as necessary Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and other customer contact tools Translates/creates documents, as necessary
