JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will join a team of HR professionals, responsible for delivering front line HR services to US employees. This is a centralized team within the HR Operations organization, consisting of HR representatives that provide human resources support for employees and managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Provides information to answer questions from employees and managers regarding human resource transactions.
- Receives HR transaction requests from HR representatives
- Inputs, updates, and/or retrieves information from various automated human resource systems (ie., payroll, training, etc)
- Provide exit support to employees and managers (voluntary and involuntary exits).
- Develops strategies for implementing operational efficiencies by reviewing HR work flows, procedures, and performance.
- Initiates problem solving actions and follows through to resolution.
- Builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances within the HR organization.
- Interfaces with appropriate partner organizations (HRIS, Staffing, Payroll, IT, Compensation, Benefits, etc) as needed to research and resolve transactional issues

SKILLS:

- Strong customer service skills, including written and verbal communication to allow for effective dialogues with employees at all levels via phone or written communication
- Strong data entry skills, in terms of attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make sound judgment when needed; must be able to handle large volumes of data
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of employee relations and Human Resources policies, systems, and service delivery models.
- Knowledge of general human resource practices.
- Ability to handle high volume of data entry requests while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a high and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with human resource data entry systems (Workday, Oracle, Taleo, case management system, etc).
- Ability to communicate and partner effectively within a global organization.
- Knowledge of various computer software applications such as Windows 2007/2010 and G-mail.
- High degree of competency using MS Excel.
- High School degree required, Associate's Degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years HR coordinator/service experience is required, in lieu of Associate's Degree.
- Previous experience in an internal or external customer facing role, preferably with a call center or phone based help desk (either formal or informal).
- Strongly desire candidate with prior experience working in HR Call center environment with a background in data management
- Very strong ability to navigate through a variety of HR systems, (Workday, Oracle, Taleo and management cases) Workday experience is strongly preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong technical background
- Desired: Experience with Google applications, Ability to collaborate
