Projektbeschreibung

This position will be responsible for the development of reports and dashboards, for enterprise users of HR data, by performing analysis on source data and developing end products.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Analyze and troubleshoot existing reports and endure data accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in ad-hoc HR report creation and maintenance analysis.
Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting.
Utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations.
Provides support to HR reporting team and internal business customers by collecting, analysing data and reporting results.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years working as a reporting analyst, preferably with HR data
Intermediate (3-7 years) ability with SQL, Access DB, and Excel
Advanced experience with Excel including Pivot and writing macros
Experience with reporting/BI with HR data
Strong SQL query writing
SSRS experience
Time management and task prioritization
Ability to digest business requirements effectively and test assumptions to ensure the final product hits the mark
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and be self-directed
Experience reporting from HR systems such as: SAPHR, Workday, Kronos, ADP Vantage, etc.
