You will prepare All employee comms for the staff affected under TUPE situation. Identify and confirm in-scope population from HR due diligence data. Prepare FAQ's and distribute - maintain weekly
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
* Proficient user of MS Excel and data management/data analysis
*Knowledge of standard HR process, eg TUPE, Employee consultation etc is desirable but not essential
*Track record of working in big organisation/multi-national enterprise
*Good communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to communicate effectively with senior management and clients on complex contractual and HR issues
