IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Execute administrative HR processes end-to-end for hiring, termination, individual organizational changes including follow-up measure and actions
-Responsible for the whole reference process for e.g. collect information, write documents and letters, create reference letters etc.
-Liaison (and coordination) within Service Center and to other HR Service Providers
-Handling of executed processes
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial education (KV) or equivalent education (e.g. college, Berufsakademie,…); Education as 'Personalfachfrau/-mann' is an additional asset
-Good HR generalist know-how and relevant experience in HR area
-Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken); French language know how would be an asset
-Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications, e.g. MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc., good knowledge of SAP R/3 HR-modules
-Readiness to work in a dynamic and international company environment
-Strong interest and experience in administrative and operational work
-Good communication and social skills
-Quality and quantity awareness
