4 month contracts with the opportunity for one contract to move into a permanent role

My Public Sector client in Bedfordshire is currently looking for 2 HR Recruitment Campaign Managers.

Role Responsibilities:
* Working with key stakeholders and in partnership with recruitment partners to lead on the construction, development and deployment of creative recruitment campaigns and initiatives to meet the needs of the organisation with a particular focus on hard to fill roles.. Contribute to recruitment and retention strategies and coordinate initiatives in the field of talent management, branding and resourcing to deliver key business objectives in line with best practice to attract high calibre staff in the short, medium and long term.
* Continually monitor organisational requirements and market needs to inform the most effective ways of talent acquisition.
* Take a lead role in coordinating the recruitment of groups of staff including apprenticeships, interns, graduates and volunteers.

Skills/experience required:
* Strong HR Resourcing background
* Need to be innovative when dealing with Campaign's
* Worked within In-House Recruitment/HR
* Experience in the provision of high level advice and guidance to managers on aspects of recruitment in a complex environment.
* Experience in development and production of innovative and creative recruitment solutions and management of campaigns.
* Experience in utilising systems to deliver efficient working processes.
* Working knowledge of the latest thinking and trends in recruitment and market forces
