My Client, a market leading financial services institution is looking for a GRADUATE RECRUITMENT ADVISER to join an exciting project on an interim basis.

Although the role may not be suitable for you at this time I was wondering if you could please circulate the message within your network in case someone you know is available.

The roleholder will be a confident person from a recruitment background. Public speaking is a large part of the role.

RATE: £160-180
LOCATION: LONDON
DURATION: 6 MONTHS

Main responsibilities:

· Coordinating recruitment process for Fixed Income and Fixed Income Technology (screening applications, arranging interviews, logistics, arranging assessment centres, collecting feedback , raising contracts etc) and liaising with business and HR Business Partners regarding the recruiting needs. (60%)

· Campus activities - in-house and external presentations, participating at career fairs and events (30%)

· Other transversal projects (10%)

Profile:

· Basic understanding of banking and finance and different roles in investment banking

· Excellent Excel and Power Point skills

· Strong presentation/public speaking skills

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Commercial, pro-active attitude
