HR Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor)

Projektbeschreibung

Benefitfocus is seeking a HR Recruiting Coordinator (temporary assignment) for our Recruiting Department. This person will help with Back Office responsibilities to include greeting candidates, scheduling interviews, working on background checks, and creating offers of employment.

Responsibilities include:

- Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system
- Work closely with recruiting team to pass referrals and leads and ensure follow-up with candidates
- Greet candidates and provide company tours
- Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews
- File applications and perform background checks on candidates
- Answer phones and greet guests during lunch hour
- Operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
- Multi-task effectively- working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, rapidly changing software company
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- BA/BS degree
- Previous HR Experience preferred
- Attention to details
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
