IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Define a Process Improvement Project, prepare and execute project plans to provide a framework for the project as well as regular updates and status reports
-Document and analyse existing HR processes (SOPs and BPM), focus on identifying gaps, eliminating non-value added steps, unclear interfaces and duplications in BPM ADONIS, and other impediments to efficient operations
-Have well thought out additional suggestions for making processes through more use of shared services, technology, IT systems and automated workflows
-Define metrics against which improvement impact can be measured
-Clarify process roles and responsibilities and develop and implement process trainings
-Provide leadership with insight and support through best practice process improvement subject matter expertise
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Strong project management skills
-Significant work experience in leading business transformation programs / HR change management processes
-Demonstrated experience in the optimization of HR processes
-Creative mind with strong analytical and conceptual skills to develop and present new ideas, approaches and solutions
-Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to inspire and convince others, build networks Proven influencing and negotiation skills
-Experience with SAP, Taleo, Ticketing Systems is an asset
-Fluent in German and English
