For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a
HR Project & Process Management Expert
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial contract of 3 months
Location: Zurich
In this role you will support design, delivery and implementation of strategic Human Capital agenda as well as projects/initiatives across the IT departments of the bank. You will work in a high paced, global and complex environment with a number of large change processes. Are you up for this challenge? Did you work before on HR projects in a multinational/big company? Are you familiar with HR processes, Talent Review, Performance management, Compensation and Employee surveys? This together with your good communication, analytical and reporting skills, can make you a good candidate for this role we have open at the moment.
