HR Project Manager

Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a HR PROJECT MANAGEMENT (with HR ERP implementation project) who can start as soon as possible.

OVERVIEW OF BUSINESS AREA:

- The project is based in Zurich and London and has global scope. It has the goal to deliver a new integrated HR platform for the bank where we implement a new HR System (SaaS). Within this program the role is positioned in the Benefits, IAM & Payroll team to define the new Swiss Payroll solution and the new processes in Benefits, Payroll and IAM globally, working as part of a highly motivated project team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analysis of the Global Payroll, IAM and Benefits processes: taxonomy, process descriptions and dependencies on different systems in use.
- Liaise with the regional SMEs and stakeholders in the all four regions, to define the future setting and processes within the new IT environment.
- Drive exchange with SMEs and stakeholders and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met
- Manage project administration
- Support of the overall project delivery for Benefits, Payroll & IAM to ensure that all requirements are addressed
- Working independently and partnering with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

- Several years' experience in project management in a HR area
- Experience installing HR ERP systems
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business strategy and HR implications
- Global project experience
- Technical knowledge and experience of HR tools.
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
- Fluent English language knowledge

Desired:

- Appropriate business education and HR certification.
- HR operational experience a plus.
- Ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities and trends.
- German languages knowledge
