HR Project Manager - Talent Management roll-out

Projektbeschreibung

On behalf of a major Pharma client, Harvey Nash is urgently looking for a Project Manager - Talent Management for a 10 months + role in Basel (Switzerland).

Your role will focus on roll-out global Talent Management projects and initiatives across divisions, serve global and local client needs by developing and implementing high quality Talent Management and Organization Development solutions, substantially enhance organisational and people capabilities and drive achievement of business goals and strategic objectives.

Main Tasks:

- Lead, design, develop and monitor organization-wide processes and initiatives, to building organisational capability (eg OTR, pathways, Exit Interviews, ELI, Quest, etc.)
- Consult with HR Leadership team and Head, Talent Management & Organisational Development on developing strategies, leadership, culture, structures and employee motivation, on managing change and on M&A's and bringing innovative ideas and solutions
- Contribute to building capability and readiness of the line management and HR organization in change management skills, experience and expertise
- Build dialogue between different parts of the organization in order to diagnose issues and plan actions
- Actively contribute ideas & solutions to the global HR network as a team player and collaborate closely with internal as well as external service providers, bring global perspective to local processes and vice-versa.

Special Requirements

- Education: 1st Degree in relevant field, 2nd Degree in related field preferred
- Languages: Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Experience: min. 6 years of mixed Organisational Development/Talent Management experience, ideally supported by HR generalist experience or other HR Specialty experience
- Good consulting, communication and relationship building skills
- Proven strategic skills combined with ability to implement
- Organisational Development, project management (global), facilitation, coaching, cross-cultural communication, ability to network with various HR and line functions
- Strong work ethic, business and industry knowledge, track record of successfully managing major projects and changes (preferably global), cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Miscellaneous:

- Start: ASAP in November 2012
- End: 31.08.2013 (ca. 10 months role) with extension option
- No remote work option, normal working time 40 working hours/5 days in the Basel office
- Hourly rate, best offers considered for interviews.
