ROLE: HR Project Manager - Retail Banking

Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a Project Manager to help with the creation of the HR Function for a divested portion of the bank.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Manage the delivery and build of the HR Function for the divested portion of the bank which include the following capabilities:-
- Resourcing
- Talent and Learning
- Employee Relations
- Reward
- HR Operations

CORE SKILLS

- Proven record for delivering HR Function capabilities into large scale organisations
- Thorough understanding of HR Functions role in large scale organisations
- Strong communication skills
- Strong planning and control skills
- Ability to engage with and manage key stakeholders at a senior level
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple work streams in a co-ordinated way
- Experience of delivering large scale projects in challenging timescales within budget/resource constraints
- PC literate - proven competency to use Word; Excel and Powerpoint
- Proven track record of delivery in the HR field
- Understanding of HR operating models
- Planning, control and delivery skills
- Ability to produce clear, concise and effective communications
- Budget management

Will need to be mobile - able to work from multiple locations eg Halifax; Bristol; London
