HR PROJECT MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING - BRISTOL

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Project Manager to join a retail banking on a large HR programme. Initially candidates will need to work in a London office until the end of the year, after which the location of the role will be Bristol. Good knowledge of HR processes and disciplines such as Pay, Bonus/Rewards and Performance Management within a banking environment are necessary skills for the position.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Strong financial services/banking experience is essential
- Previous experience working as a HR Project Manager, or responsible for delivering HR programmes/projects.
- HR process knowledge eg Payroll, Incentives/Bonus, Performance Management
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Location: LONDON OFFICE UNTIL JAN 2015, BRISTOL FROM JAN 2015
