HR Project Manager - Outsourcing and TUPE

An experienced HR Project Manager is required by my client to manage the organisation and delivery of a major contract. This will consist of three main elements - 1. Looking at the organisation of a field based work force, considering a redundancy package and downsizing.

2. Outsourcing and managing the TUPE out of a core function.

3. Consult on the Terms and Conditions of the existing workforce, redesign them and implement.

Experience as an HR Business Partner/Project Manager with hands on involvement with mobile engineers, communicating change and managing a TUPE process is essential to enable you to deliver the outcomes for the business. Knowledge of Pay, Reward and organisational design and also vital.

Of equal importance is the experience of working within a large organisation, working with busy stakeholders in an atmosphere of change.
