HR Project Manager-Organisation Design

*HR Project Manager,Organisation Design, Target Operating Model-Coventry- 3 month contract*

A blue chip organisation based in Coventry require a Project Manager who has previous experience in running Organisation Design/Target Operating Model projects to strict deadlines to deliver clearly defined benefits.

Position Description:

-The purpose of this role is to help drive the design phase of the organisation's Operating Model Review whilst other recruitment activity is occurring to bring in permanent Organisation Design Managers, as there is a clear time imperative to this work.
-The role will focus on: Providing expertise and leadership to the business at a functional level, in partnership with HR Business Partners in the execution of functional level organisation design
-Providing support and guidance to HR Business Partners to undertake organisation design at levels below functional level Providing support to the Head of Organisation Design in driving a strategic approach to organisation design across the business.
-The role is part of a dedicated Centre of Excellence within the Organisation Design and Development Department in HR and will report directly into the Head of Organisation Design. The role has no direct reports

Skills Required:

-Clear understanding of Organisation Design benefits and application
-Ability to form good working relationships and to influence at senior levels
-Ability to manage projects, ensuring good governance around decision making and development of new operating models Adaptability and flexibility in working approach
-Ability to pick up new concepts quickly

Experience Required:

-Experience in running Organisation Design/Target Operating Model projects to strict deadlines to deliver clearly defined benefits
