HR Project Manager Major Investment Bank

Description:Work directly with clients to drive a program from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include providing daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones and resources, developing, maintaining, and managing project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges, supporting Senior Associates and Managers to drive a large program or multiple projects, working closely with clients to identify business change and driving the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy, managing large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations. Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups. Prepares and presents progress reports for senior management. (3-5 years experience)
Position Comments:This resource will act as a lead functional analyst/Project Manager for a project which is moving the Recruiting process from one vendor product to PeopleSoft 9.1 (Candidate Gateway/TAM). Additional recruiting tools will be implemented via a third party vendor to enhance the applicant and recruiter experience. The resource will be required to:
* Lead the testing efforts for the Recruiting team on the various system modules to execute test scripts, clearly articulate issues and recommend solutions with the project team, and document test results.
* Document training and support procedures for the Recruiting team.
* Facilitate training with Recruiters, HRBPs, HR Sr. Leadership
* Business / Internal communication development and distribution
* Update business process items based on testing results (where required).
* Act as the SME for the Recruiting team to answer any business process questions in relation to the products.
