HR PROJECT MANAGER/HR TRANSFORMATION PHARMA
On behalf of our client, an international company specialized in the life sciences sector we are looking for a HR PROJECT MANAGER with experience in HR PROJECTS, ideally HR TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS and with previous experience in the pharmaceutical/life science sector.
The position is based in Basel and it is a 10-month contract with an option to extend.
In this position the PROJECT MANAGER will be responsible for taking a pro-active approach to implementing the Talent Acquisition Global Solution across the region. The PM will work as part of the team supporting the regional, territory and country teams, including HR Services, People & Organizational Development to work together to ensure the rollout is successful.
The PM will also be accountable for ensuring the project work-streams are aligned with the objectives and will follow the Business Change methodology in place to make sure to deliver on time and within budget.
YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:
- 5+ years experience in HR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- First experience in HR Transformation projects
- Highly familiar with HR systems/tools such as Taleo
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
- Fluent in English, good knowledge of German would be ideal
