HR Project Manager/HR Consultant (NHS) 3 Days Per Week

HR Manager/HR Consultant/HR Project Manager to work for a major NHS Trust. Due to an internal promotion they are now looking for a strong HR Manager/HR Consultant to manage a HR change and service redesign project. The role will be based in Central Birmingham and will be 3 days per week. Although you can work more days if you require.

The nature of the role will be to manage a HR change and service redesign project within a major NHS trust. You will be delivering the HR work streams of a major Programme and work closely with the senior programme board, liaising with stakeholders on other NHS programmes.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong senior HR background and will have project management experience. Experience delivering service redesign and change projects is also required. NHS experience is also required.
