We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR PROJECT MANAGER to lead and support the development and implementation of a arrange of assigned HR Projects and key HR initiative aligned to business strategy and aimed at delivering high performance and employee engagement.
This post is initially for 6 MONTHS but may extend beyond this point, candidates will be expected to hold a BASIC DISCLOSURE SCOTLAND issued in the last 12 months or be happy to undergo this clearance.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- An experienced HR Practitioner with previous experience of managing the successful delivery of HR change projects and with some knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Sound experience of providing HR advice, guidance and support to managers and staff and managing and delivering HR projects and initiatives linked to organisational objectives
- Experience of organising and delivering cultural change and development initiatives and events
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of developing strong relationships and able to negotiate and influence at all levels
- Ability to collate, analyse and report relevant information and data and present informative verbal and written reports
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- CIPD qualified or part-qualified
- Strong organisational and planning skills, able to be proactive and creative with the ability to prioritise and use initiative
