Project Manager - HR - Edinburgh

A Project Manager with strong HR Change experience is required by a Financial Services organization based in Edinburgh,

The successful candidate will have proven experience of:

Working with the business to shape the design and oversee the delivery of business-initiated strategic projects with a people impact

Responding to requests to support work from the HR Business Partner or directly from the business

Working collaboratively with project managers during the concept and define stages, leading on all people aspects

Providing ongoing advice and guidance on people related aspects of the project

Monitoring the delivery of all people aspects of the project through to completion

Working with the business to help shape and mobilise work required to complete people-related regulatory and mandatory activity

Working collaboratively with the business lead to understand the requirements and shape the work

To lead and drive performance resource assigned to HR projects linked to People Plan, Change Plan (capability work) and/or business driven activity

To connect non Change activity to the overall demand an delivery plan and align activity to People Plan themes

Governance, tracking and reporting of connecting activity

Ensure compliance with Group HR operating principles and act as the conduit between HR Ops & Change, Change, Finance and OE

Rate: Up to £450
