HR PROJECT MANAGER (DIRECTOR LEVEL)

On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking HR PROJECT MANAGER to join the bank.

For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a Business perspective and in partnership with IT
- Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
- Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders (Credit Officer, Credit Analytics, Front Organization, Trading, Audit and other) with exposure to Senior Management
- Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications
- Lead the strategic IT discussion
- Responsibility for special HR projects as part of global Group IT Human Capital work streams, ie strategic workforce planning
- Be sparring partner on delivering the overall Human Capital Agenda for the division
- Deliver thought-through core HR processes, such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Promotions as well as Compensation and Employee Surveys

Coordinate various bank wide initiatives/reportsYou must possess:

- Proven project management experience
- Experience in analysing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large Matrix organization
- Good knowledge of HR processes preferred
- Good understanding of outsourcing processes

Very good proficiency with MS Office (especially EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
