Projektbeschreibung
An HR rewards and benefits project manager is needed for a well known public sector organisation in East London. The purpose of the role will be to provide expertise and knowledge in both strategy and delivery of reward mechanisms related to job families, spans and layers and job evalution.
HR candidates will need to have experience of job evaluation schemes ie GLPC, NJC or HAY. Experience of developing a pay and reward strategy that enables an organisation to attract, recruit and retain suitably skilled employees in a competitive environment.
Candidates will need to have had experience of working in large HR departments and must have experience of specifically managing rewards and benefits schemes and projects in order to progress through to the next stage.
